This converted Suffolk Long House provided us with a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen, and shower room downstairs. the furnishings throughout were excellent. the tidy garden and ample off-street parking were a plus. We highly recommend the nearby hostelries, the Kitchen for breakfast or teas and the Dolphin for evening meals. our experience was superb, and we would definitely book with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages again. Cons: All was good! 😊.

Great weather and well-furnished cottage. the kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. the property was spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. the rental agency was helpful and friendly. the location was fantastic, with a café, lake, beach, and pub all within a 5-minute walk.

The ceiling height was low, which was a bit inconvenient for taller guests. Some additional storage space for clothes would have been helpful.

We got great value for our money and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the boating lake just opposite and the beach only a 5-minute stroll away. The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could have been improved with the addition of a coffee machine or cafetiere.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decoration throughout the cottage. The attention to detail in the furnishings and decor made it feel like a true home away from home. The cozy and comfortable living room was perfect for relaxing, and the accessibility of the property for senior people was excellent. With everything on the ground floor and easy access to the garden, it made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better as a senior person would be a grab bar in the shower. It would have provided that extra bit of safety and stability.

I recently stayed at a cozy cottage in a fantastic location for families. Within a 5-minute walk, we had access to a cafe, a beautiful lake, a beach, and a pub. The cottage itself was impeccable, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and high-quality bedding. The kitchen was a dream, equipped with a dishwasher and all the essentials. The property was well-kept, and we had plenty of parking space for our cars. it was the cleanest and most delightful place we've ever stayed in.

our recent stay at a cottage in thorpeness was beyond amazing. aldeburgh coastal cottages really went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. everything was well-furnished, comfy, and spacious. the kitchen was excellent and the property was perfect for our daughter's wedding. we will definitely book with them again!
